A six-month coaching engagement designed to turn insight into meaningful progress.

12 × 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions
CliftonStrengths Full 34 assessment and personalised strengths debrief
A tailored agenda for each session, based on current priorities and progress
Up to three short accountability check-ins between sessions
Practical tools, reflection prompts and leadership experiments
Flexible delivery via Zoom or face-to-face in Adelaide
How it works

Each session focuses on the live decisions, relationships and leadership situations in front of you. You leave with clearer thinking and practical next steps.

Delivered across approximately six months. Includes the CliftonStrengths Full 34 assessment.
