Our programs.

Our programs are a series of workshops designed to scaffold the learning and insights from each topic. Typically spanning a six or 12-month period, they deliver learning outcomes across topics that address the greatest challenges of your workplace and your teams.

One-on-one coaching sessions are included in all programs–creating the opportunity for participants to receive personalised guidance from their coach around how to use their Strengths to overcome challenges, achieve goals and thrive at work.

Developing Leaders.

6-workshop series:

This program of half-day workshops is designed to empower your managers and leaders to strengthen and develop their skills in effectively coaching and leading their teams, as well as doing more of their best work. 

Your managers and leaders will gain a greater sense of identity, authentic leadership and begin to make a greater contribution to their teams and school community. We’ll stretch their thinking and encourage new, inspired ways to approach their work using their unique strengths and skills.

We’ll help them to understand what makes a great experience for their teams and community and how their role can contribute to that experience. 

We’ll align your managers with the values of your organisation so that they feel more connected to their own goals and those of your organisation.

We’ll set your managers up for continued success with tools for self-reflection, accountability and self-leadership. 

And as part of our adaptive approach, we'll discover what your teams want and need more of in order to be the best version of themselves and do their best work, and hence inform the agenda for professional development for the year ahead.

12-workshop series:

Using techniques that draw on values, strengths and positive psychology, our whole-of-team training and development are focused on establishing positive culture, collaboration and professional wellbeing.

Your teams will gain a greater sense of teamwork, improve cross-collaboration and begin to make a greater contribution to their fellow departments. We’ll stretch their thinking and encourage new, inspired ways to approach their work using their skills, knowledge and newly discovered strengths.
